Over the years I have developed a certain aversion to the mass of communication channels that we culturally find obligatory to possess and continuously check throughout the day: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, LinkedIn, SMS, calls, WhatsApp, Telegram, email and so on.

In order to be able to dedicate myself to my work with the serene belief of always being available and in contact with you, I have decided to limit the number of things that ring during my working day to 3:
