For custom creations I always send photos and videos of the jewel before shipping it. For ready creations the photos are available on the site, in any case if you do not like the jewel, it does not fit you or it is not as you imagined, I guarantee the complete return with shipping paid by the buyer (10 euros) within 60 days.

The return procedure is simple, contact me to start the return procedure, prepare the package and a collection will be requested from your home or an agreed collection point.

The refund will be made once the return is completed, for the amount paid minus the shipping and return costs.
